Downstairs

Kitchen.This is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with stools. A Nespresso coffee machine and all the basic kitchen utensils.

Utility Room/ entrance. Great for muddy boots. There is a washer / Dryer  here.

Shower Room with loo and basin.

Downstairs Sitting Room with a TV and plenty of games / puzzles. There is a woodburner so bring (small!) logs if you think it may be cold.

Downstairs Twin Bedroom  ( 2 x single beds)

Conservatory / Dining area.  seating area and dining table.

 

Upstairs

Upstairs Sitting room ('The Bridge'). This is a large sitting area with panoramic views out to sea and distant headlands.

 

Outside

At the front of the house is a garden with a patio / eating area with views of Fowey and the harbour area. There is a charcoal kettle BBQ.  Stairs lead down to the Garage (for 2 small cars or one larger car).

On the other side of the house there is a small outside courtyard area with access to a shed/workshop.  A good place for hanging wetsuits etc.

The back gate leads you directly onto the lane along which the South West coastal path runs (leads you to Lantic Bay and onwards to Polperro and west towards Fowey via footferry). There is a small park area with playground 50 yards up the lane.

The garage is currently operated manually ... until we get the electric motor sorted.

Wifi is now connected through BT broadband fibre so pretty fast.

Heating

The house is heated by electric radiators.   There is a very effective (but small) wood burner so if you anticipate it being cold it would be worth bringing some logs with you or buying them locally.

 

Linen / Towels

Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels and tea towels. (4 single beds each with two pillows and single duvets;  one king size double bed with king size duvet and 4 pillows).  and dog towels and bedding if you are bringing your dog.
